holy two days since an update batman.

looks like everyone's occupied for christmas.

nothing shall be answered in the extended because they just simply destroyed the story. i mean, there was a part in the previews that they left out which was very important to me, but i don't think in their editing they could fix it in right because of that stupid Go Rohan Go speech. that's not what it's like. and where was the massive darkness? the day with no dawn. and then the trumpet call as the witch king taunts gandalf. argggh! and they definitely did not do justice to the final chapter of the Two Towers, entitled "The Choices of Master Samwise". friggin best part of the entire trilogy, and they chopped it into almost nothing, and then left out nearly all of Sam's heroism. i mean, yeah, it was a good movie. but it was a good movie for people who had no idea what was going to happen.

are you serious? you're the first person that i've heard negative things from. i loved it, myself...though i'm open about the fact that i've never read the books. i thought return of the king was awesome. cinematic perfection. at least sauron didn't come down from the tower in a body and fight. hah, that woulda been great.

but, i'm curious...what did you think was wrong/dissapointing about it?

i mean, it had some good points, but really, throughout most of the movie i found myself getting more and more upset. i mean, they came home to a perfectly normal, unaffected shire... what's up with that trash. suppose i should have posted this earlier, it's just, i really didn't care to. and so, my opinion, big disappointment.

home and runing off to the youth conference....then finally LOR.. yes i am seeing it later then the rest of the world.. and to think 2 years ago i refused to see the 1st one..ha.
